The Aquatic Chair is DeBug’s submersible pool wheelchair: a #316L stainless frame on tubeless solid-core tires and polycarbonate mag wheels, built for pools, splash pads, waterparks and showers, and usable as a manual wheelchair on pavement. Factory options and accessories. Put them in the cart with the chair and we write the whole build onto one sales order.

Built to order — what happens after you order

Every DeBug chair is built for its rider in Pensacola, Florida. Within one business day of your order we call to confirm the seat width, the seat-to-floor height (17″ or 21″), the sling colour (navy is standard; six other colours are a $65 option) and any factory options. DeBug then emails a written sales order for your approval, and nothing goes into production until you have signed it off.

Built to order in Pensacola, Florida — allow about a week in the off-season and up to four weeks in summer, when demand peaks; large or highly customised orders can take longer. Ships by UPS. The price includes delivery to the 48 contiguous states — nothing is added at checkout.

Please inspect the carton before the driver leaves. If there is any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it straight away, then call us — we handle the claim.

Warranty

10 years on the #316L stainless steel frame and components, 6 months on the Wheeleez polyurethane balloon wheels and a 30-day money-back guarantee (terms apply), all from DeBug Mobility Products. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance; it does not cover misuse, improper care, unauthorised modifications or non-approved lubricants, and routine maintenance such as cleaning and tire pressure is the owner’s responsibility. Parts only — labor is not covered — and we coordinate every claim with DeBug as your single point of contact.

Returns — please read before ordering

DeBug backs every product with a 30-day money-back guarantee, terms apply: call us for a return authorisation before anything is sent back, the product must come back complete and in as-new condition, and return shipping and a restocking fee are at the customer’s expense. A chair built with a custom sling colour or factory-fitted seating options is a custom order — ask us before you order whether it can be returned.
