Every Paiseec ships free to the 48 contiguous states within 24 hours of payment and arrives by FedEx in 1–2 days, with a 5-year frame, 18-month battery and 1-year parts warranty and a repair-first support model: a fault is diagnosed remotely and the replacement part ships to you free, with a guide to fit it. Every unit ordered from us includes Paiseec’s dealer accessory pack — cane holder, canvas bag, cup holder and dust cover — which is not bundled when buying direct.
