The Paiseec W3 is three devices in one folding frame. Sit and steer it with the joystick as an electric wheelchair. Stand behind it and it becomes a power-assist rollator — force sensors in the handlebars read how hard you are pushing and the motors add just enough torque to match your pace, uphill, downhill and on grass. Or a companion takes the handles and it becomes a powered transport chair. The PAi system and an IMU tilt sensor keep every mode steady. 49.6 lb without the battery, up to 15.6 miles a charge.

A note on weight capacity. Paiseec’s dealer specification sheet lists the W3 at 300 lb. The closely related W1’s manual states 265 lb, and we have asked Paiseec to confirm the W3 figure in writing. If you are close to either limit, call us on (888) 815-6332 before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Ships within 24 hours of payment from Paiseec’s California or Georgia warehouse by FedEx, and typically arrives in 1–2 business days. Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states — the price you see is the price you pay.

Paiseec does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or US territories, so we are unable to offer this product outside the lower 48.

Please inspect the carton before the driver leaves. If there is any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it straight away — carrier claims must be filed within 48 hours, and we handle the claim for you with Paiseec’s proof-of-value paperwork.

Warranty

5 years on the main frame, 18 months on the battery and 1 year on all other parts — motors, controllers and electronics — from the day it is delivered to you.

Paiseec runs a repair-first support model: report a fault, their technical team diagnoses it remotely, and the replacement part ships to you free under warranty with a written or video guide to fit it. Most issues are resolved in days without the unit ever leaving your home. Parts only — labor is not covered — and we coordinate every claim as your single point of contact.

Returns — please read before ordering

A fault inside the warranty period is handled by the repair-first process above, not by returning the unit. A change-of-mind return is possible only with written authorisation before anything is sent back, the product must be as-new in its original packaging, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
