At 37 lb without batteries, the Feather Scooter is among the lightest 4-wheel mobility scooters made. It folds down into a compact package — seatback down, tiller lowered — and pulls along on its rear tip wheels like luggage. Airline approved per Feather (check your airline’s guidelines).

Shipping & Delivery
Ships free to the 48 contiguous states from Feather’s Georgia or California warehouse — whichever is closer to you — by FedEx or UPS ground, dispatched the day after your order is placed.
Inspect your delivery on arrival: shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours. Photograph the carton and the chair before anything else and call us — we handle the claim for you. This window is strict, and a report made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Warranty
Two-year limited frame warranty, one year on wearable parts and electronics, and six months on batteries. Feather supplies replacement parts under warranty and provides step-by-step repair videos; labor is not covered. We coordinate every claim as your single point of contact.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days with prior authorization. Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging; a 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away — that’s covered by Feather. Orders cancelled before shipment incur no fees.
