The Liberty is Forcemech’s comfort-first everyday scooter: an extra-soft padded seat with a full backrest, puncture-proof solid PU tires, 3 inches of ground clearance and a 5 mph top speed, with a 12 Ah lithium battery good for up to 15 miles. It splits into pieces for the car rather than folding, and it is the heaviest scooter in the range at 78 lb — the trade for the ride quality.

Shipping & Delivery

Ships within 48 hours from Forcemech’s warehouse in Katy, Texas. Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states — the price you see is the price you pay.

Please inspect the carton before the driver leaves. If there is any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it straight away, then call us — we handle the claim.

Warranty

5 years on the frame, 2 years on the motors and 1 year on the electronics, from the day it is delivered to you. Parts only — labor is not covered — and we coordinate every claim with Forcemech as your single point of contact. Forcemech’s own support line, 1-877-90-FORCE, is also open to you for setup and maintenance help.

Returns — please read before ordering

Forcemech accepts returns within 30 days of delivery with a return authorisation issued before anything is sent back — call us and we arrange it. What you get back depends on the condition of the unit when Forcemech inspects it, which takes one to two weeks:

• Unused and like-new — full refund; you pay the return shipping unless the return is Forcemech’s error
• Used but re-saleable — a 10% restocking fee
• Visible wear or damage — a restocking fee of up to 50%
• Unused, sealed parts and accessories — no fee
