The FR1 is FreeRider’s flagship: a double-wishbone front suspension, 13-inch wheels and 6.4 inches of ground clearance on a scooter that drives more like a small vehicle than a mobility aid.

Shipping & Delivery
Ships free to the 48 contiguous states from FreeRider’s warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Orders placed before 12 pm Pacific dispatch the same day; after that, the next business day. FR Terrain and Apollo models need an extra 2–3 days to prepare for shipment, and arrive by liftgate delivery.
Warranty
FreeRider covers the frame for 3 years, the motor and electrical system for 1 year and the battery for 6 months. Claims go through us as your single point of contact.
Returns
Returns are accepted with a return authorisation requested within 14 days of delivery, and the unit must ship back within 3 days of the authorisation being issued. A 25% restocking fee applies and return freight is the customer’s. Keep the original packaging: a replacement box is $150–$600, and a missed carrier pickup is $25. Batteries, electrical parts, memory cushions and certified products cannot be returned. Call us on (888) 815-6332 before you start a return and we will walk it through with you.

Shipping information
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Larger items ship factory-direct by LTL freight — the carrier calls to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
