The Paiseec Q5 is built from carbon fibre, and it shows on the scale: 30.5 pounds without the battery, the lightest powered chair Paiseec makes. It folds to 11.8 inches wide, runs on flat-free tires, and carries a removable 24 V 10 Ah lithium battery that goes through airport security in your hand luggage. Twin 150 W brushless motors and the PAi safety system. Rated to 220 lb.

Shipping & Delivery

Ships within 24 hours of payment from Paiseec’s California or Georgia warehouse by FedEx, and typically arrives in 1–2 business days. Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states — the price you see is the price you pay.

Paiseec does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or US territories, so we are unable to offer this product outside the lower 48.

Please inspect the carton before the driver leaves. If there is any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it straight away — carrier claims must be filed within 48 hours, and we handle the claim for you with Paiseec’s proof-of-value paperwork.

Warranty

5 years on the main frame, 18 months on the battery and 1 year on all other parts — motors, controllers and electronics — from the day it is delivered to you.

Paiseec runs a repair-first support model: report a fault, their technical team diagnoses it remotely, and the replacement part ships to you free under warranty with a written or video guide to fit it. Most issues are resolved in days without the unit ever leaving your home. Parts only — labor is not covered — and we coordinate every claim as your single point of contact.

Returns — please read before ordering

A fault inside the warranty period is handled by the repair-first process above, not by returning the unit. A change-of-mind return is possible only with written authorisation before anything is sent back, the product must be as-new in its original packaging, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
