The Rollz Motion² is a rollator walker and a transport chair in one. Walk behind it with the handles set to your height, then when you need to rest, flip the seat, clip on the wheelchair package and be pushed — the change takes seconds and needs no tools.

Shipping & Delivery
Ships free to the 48 contiguous states from Rollz’s California warehouse by UPS, in a Rollz box. Typical order-to-door time: West Coast 5–6 working days · Central US 6–8 · East Coast 8–10. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
Warranty
Rollz covers the frame for 5 years and the complete rollator for 24 months from purchase for the first owner. Accessories are covered for 6 months.
If a fault is covered, Rollz ships the replacement part directly to you. You can fit it yourself, or take the rollator to a local bike or e-bike repair shop — there is nothing to send back to us and no service appointment to arrange. Labor is not covered. We coordinate every claim as your single point of contact.
Keep your receipt: warranty claims need the purchase date and the serial number.
Returns
Returns need prior authorization. Request one within 14 days of delivery, with the rollator unused and in its original box with the original packaging. Once Rollz issues the RMA, the item must be back with them within 30 days of your purchase date — that clock runs from purchase, not from the RMA, so request the return as early as you can. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from your refund. Items sent back without an RMA are refused.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 14 days — Rollz issues a prepaid label and ships a replacement once it is received, at no cost to you.

Shipping information
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Larger items ship factory-direct by LTL freight — the carrier calls to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. In-stock scooters and power chairs typically arrive in 2–3 weeks; made-to-order items like lift chairs take 3–6 weeks. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
