Escape HD carries the same easy-to-apply, cable-free braking and spring-loaded handle adjustment as the standard Escape, on a reinforced frame rated to 450 lb — while still weighing only 20 lb itself.

Shipping & Delivery
Ships free to the 48 contiguous states. Triumph dispatches from its Nepean, Ontario facility on Fridays, with a weekly cut-off, and a dedicated freight forwarder clears customs at Alexandria Bay, NY. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. We’ll confirm the shipping week with you when your order is placed.
Warranty
Lifetime warranty on the frame and five years on the brake handles against defects in material and workmanship. Wear items — handgrips, cables and wheels — are excluded. Cover applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
We coordinate every claim with Triumph on your behalf as your single point of contact.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and a return authorisation number is required (valid 15 days). A minimum 15% restocking fee applies and return freight is the customer’s responsibility — Triumph can quote and supply a prepaid label, deducted from the refund. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, Triumph covers it in full.
Inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage immediately with photos. A damaged box does not always mean a damaged product — check the contents before signing off.

Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Larger items ship factory-direct by LTL freight — the carrier calls to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
