ComfyGO Care+ extends the manufacturer warranty on your ComfyGo chair or scooter. Add it alongside your chair and we register the plan against your unit.
- Standard — extends electronics cover to 24 months (2 Year) or 36 months (3 Year). Frame remains 36 months, battery remains 12 months.
- Standard + Battery — as above, and extends battery cover to 24 months (2 Year) or 36 months (3 Year).
- Standard + Battery + Accidental Damage — as above, and adds accidental damage from handling for the full term.
How it works
Care+ is a service plan, not a physical product — nothing ships. We register it to your chair’s serial number after your order and send confirmation. Claims are coordinated by us as your single point of contact.
Returns
Care+ can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase provided no claim has been made.

Shipping information
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Larger items ship factory-direct by LTL freight — the carrier calls to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. In-stock scooters and power chairs typically arrive in 2–3 weeks; made-to-order items like lift chairs take 3–6 weeks. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
