Add White Glove Delivery to your ComfyGo order. Instead of a courier leaving a large sealed box at your door, a delivery team brings your chair or scooter into your home, unpacks and assembles it, and takes all the packaging away.
What's included
- A scheduled delivery time that works for you — not a all-day window
- The product brought into your home, not left at the kerb or doorstep
- Unpacking and assembly of your new chair or scooter
- Removal and disposal of all packaging materials
- Disposal of your old mobility product, if you ask for it
Worth it if you live alone, manage stairs, can't lift a large carton, or simply want the thing working before the team leaves.
Before you add it
This is an add-on service and must be bought with a ComfyGo chair or scooter in the same order — it cannot be supplied on its own.
Availability is limited by address. ComfyGo covers many but not all locations. If White Glove Delivery cannot be provided to your address, ComfyGo cancels that portion of the order and refunds it in full — your chair or scooter still ships as normal by standard delivery.
Standard delivery remains free: the carrier brings the sealed box to your home and you unpack and set it up yourself.

Shipping information
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Larger items ship factory-direct by LTL freight — the carrier calls to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. In-stock scooters and power chairs typically arrive in 2–3 weeks; made-to-order items like lift chairs take 3–6 weeks. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & warranty
Every product is brand new and covered by the full manufacturer's warranty — we're an authorized dealer, so your coverage is complete.
