At 13.5 lb for the frame (19 lb with wheels), the Feather Chair is one of the lightest wheelchairs made — practically anyone can lift it into a car. Wheel locks at the front of the frame, caregiver handbrakes on the push handles, and a fold-down backrest come standard.

Shipping & Delivery
Ships free to the 48 contiguous states from Feather’s Georgia or California warehouse — whichever is closer to you — by FedEx or UPS ground, dispatched the day after your order is placed.
Inspect your delivery on arrival: shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours. Photograph the carton and the chair before anything else and call us — we handle the claim for you. This window is strict, and a report made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Warranty
Lifetime limited warranty on the frame and six months on wearable parts. Feather supplies replacement parts under warranty and provides step-by-step repair videos; labor is not covered. We coordinate every claim as your single point of contact.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days with prior authorization. Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging; a 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away — that’s covered by Feather. Orders cancelled before shipment incur no fees.

Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Larger items ship factory-direct by LTL freight — the carrier calls to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
