And unlike most online dealers, your first year of warranty labor is included: we purchase a Shoprider labor service contract for every unit we sell, covering warranty-related repair labor across the 48 contiguous states for year one. We coordinate every claim as your single point of contact.
Shipping & Returns
Ships free to the 48 contiguous states from Shoprider’s Torrance, CA warehouse — orders placed before noon Pacific ship within 24 hours, with delivery within 7 business days. Residential delivery is included, with lift-gate service where needed. Returns require written authorization from Shoprider before anything ships back; items must be new and in original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
