Warranty
3-year frame warranty; 12 months on carbon fibre, electronics and battery. Replacement parts ship direct to the user, who pays shipping only. Parts-only — labor is not covered.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days. Deductions apply for return shipping, inspection, and any parts found broken, missing or damaged, so a full refund is not guaranteed. Report shipping damage within 3 days of delivery with photos or video — this window is strict.
